About the Project

This was a project completed by two successful Real Estate Agents. This deal was sourced by a local wholesaler, and because they used hard money they were about to close in a week’s time frame. This project was 100% financed by Entrust Capital Funding, to include all renovation costs. The borrowers completed a full remodel on the property and was able to sell it within a week of being listed. These clients have continued to use Entrust Capital Funding as their lender to build long-term wealth.
