Entrust Capital Funding sold this property to the borrower for a low price. This borrower is a retired military veteran who recently returned from deployment. He contacted us because he was interested in starting a career in the real estate industry. We were honored to guide him in the right direction. The borrower received 100% financing on this deal from Entrust. The borrower was able to quickly rehab the property and put it on the market for sale.
