About the Project

The borrower contacted Entrust Capital Funding in order to refinance a doctors office she owns. The doctor was looking to payoff her loan that had a high interest rate. We were able to lend her the money to payoff the note, and cover all her loan closing costs. The borrower also received cash at closing to remodel part of her office building. Entrust was able to provide her with a much lower interest rate. She is still our client.
